For any new RPers here are a few tips you might want to consider when RPing.
1) Spelling; when you reply to a post on the last post that was placed there, there will be a button that says reply. If you click it you come to a box. (Type your reply) then click on the spell check button. Correct spelling makes your posts easier to read.
2) Punctuation; Using punctuation isn't difficult. As you have probably learnt at school. "Sentences start with a capital letter and end with a full stop." That in itself is not hard. And when your character is speaking its more clear to read if the speech has quotation marks around it. Eg. "Hi im Khaza." It isn;t hard.
3) If you are writing a long reply then use paragraphs when the subject changes instead of the post being one long page of writing that isn't seperated out to make it easier to read.
4) Your Senses; It makes the reply soo much more entertaining to read when you describe what you can, see, hear, taste, smell and feel.
5) Thoughts and emotions; If you say what your characters thoughts and emotions at that time are then the RP is once again more interesting.
6) length of reply; don't feel t hat you have to write page long replies to posts. You're not writing an essay and just take it one step at a time.
7) Sentence lengths; dont write a paragraph that is one massive sentence that when people read they cant stop for breaths in. To create a drama or tension shorten the sentences. Eg.
Long sentences: There was a thud and i was scared because i could see two glowing eyes infront of me.
Short sentences: There was a thud. It scared me as two glowing eyes infront seemed to creep forward, taunting and frightening.
You dont have to use this advice but it is there for anyoone who wants help.
