Personality:
History: Ashi was born into a small, family unit of a pack on the outskirts of a farming community. Wild game was a rare commodity as she grew, and the pack, refusing to pass themselves off as human, began to raid the locals for livestock. With this background, Ashi grew into a swift-footed chicken-killer – and in time, was groomed as beta.
Eventually, she fell into a comfortable pairing with another wolf by the name of Kiga. For Ashi, a young wolf with only the experiences of her family behind her, this entry of this lone wolf into her life was a full and total culture shock. For the Family, it meant irritation with the interference of a young, upstart wolf. Kiga introduced the female to the prospects that came with masquerading as human. There was no need to hunt or starve, to raid or run. As a human, she could come and go within the local towns easily, without the fear of hunters. With Kiga, she found new purpose: curiosity.
And then the pack happened.
The Family was caught during a raid within the city. Ashi’s brothers were killed almost instantaneously when found in an old farmer’s chicken coop. Her mother, enraged at the loss of her sons, attacked the men who had fired the killing shots. Her death was just as swiftly dealt, when human reinforcements came. Only her father Tangan survived, though captured and sold into a working dog ring.
That same night, Kiga disappeared from her life. Whether he had tipped the farmers off to the Family or his disappearance was mere coincidence, Ashi still does not know.
Now on her own, Ashi wanders, looking for a new home and pack.
